What we collect

When you sign up, we collect your email address, the signup time and source, and the consent wording shown to you. Our hosting provider also processes technical information, such as your IP address and request details, to deliver and protect the website.

How we use it

We use signup information to send Cinchie launch updates, manage subscriptions and honor unsubscribe requests. Signup is immediate; you do not need to confirm your email in a second step.

Our service providers

Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. EmailOctopus stores the mailing list and sends our updates. These providers process information to provide their services, including where their systems are located outside your country. EmailOctopus may record email delivery, opens, link clicks and unsubscribes.

Your choices and retention

You can unsubscribe using the link in any launch update, or contact us. We keep signup and consent records as needed to operate the list and honor your choices. Unsubscribe records may remain so that an existing preference is not accidentally reversed.

Submitting the signup form again does not automatically reverse an earlier unsubscribe. Contact us if you want to rejoin. You can also ask us to access, correct or delete your signup information.

Cookies and updates to this notice

The signup page does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts. Our hosting provider may use security technologies to protect the service. If we change how this launch list uses information, we will update this notice.
