Cinchie Limited Lifetime Warranty

Who is covered

The original purchaser, if they bought from Cinchie or an authorized retailer.

How long

For as long as you own your Cinchie.

What is covered

Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, including:

• a lock that no longer holds;
• a cracked or detached end cap; and
• a cord that separates from the lock or end cap.

What is not covered

• Normal wear, including gradual stretching or fading of the cord.
• Loss or theft.
• Damage from cutting, chewing (including by pets), heat, chemicals, misuse or modification.
• Any use other than as a hair tie.

What we will do

We will send you a replacement Cinchie in the same or a comparable color, free of charge. We may ask for a photo of the defect and proof of purchase. We will not ask you to pay for shipping.

How to make a claim

Email hi@cinchie.com with your name, your shipping address, a photo of the defect and your proof of purchase.

Limits

Replacement is your only remedy under this warranty. Implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this written warranty. Cinchie is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow limits on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so these limits may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
